The trip costs 1295 EURO (spring & autumn 2020) and includes:

When booking, a registration fee of 400€ is payable, this is a partial payment and the remaining amount must then be paid 40 days before departure.
Children are warmly welcomed on the trips!
- Infants (up to 2 years) travel for 100€.
- Children 2-12 years receive a 50% discount on the total price of the trip (no discount on cancellation cover).
- If the infant turns 2 years old during the trip, they are counted as children.
- If the child reaches the age of 12 during the journey, they are counted as an adult.
- Infants and children sleep in an extra bed.
We have no children’s club or activities. However, the sea is only a few meters from the accommodation which is far enough for most children. Of course, all children are allowed to come and work out in the gym, along with an adult, when there are no scheduled workouts.
Please note that the transfer takes quite a long time:
- First about 20 minutes minibus from airport to Split downtown.
- Then it will be about 1-2 hours wait for the ferry.
- Then 2 hours ferry.
- Finally, an hour minibus.
The rooms do not have air conditioning or heating.
We have talented coaches who hold training sessions focusing on functional training and strength lifting. For many guests, they attend 1-2 sessions a day. There are great opportunities for running and swimming. The gym is open all day so there is also plenty of time to exercise on your own. Read more about the training here.

We live in simple apartments with 2-6 beds. Each apartment consists of 2-3 bedrooms, with a kitchen and a bathroom.
If two people are booking together, we guarantee a private double room, then you will share the kitchen and bathroom with 2-3 other guests.
If you travel alone, you will be placed with other awesome travelers.
Single room supplement costs 240 EURO.
Every afternoon, our fitness bar opens, serving snacks, fruit, beer, wine, bubble and much more. Everything is included! Read more about the fitness bar here.
Breakfast is included, but you have to make it on your own. During the week you pick up what needs to be refilled in the fridge and pantry. The breakfast package consists of coffee, tea, milk, oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, bread, butter & cold cuts. Read more about breakfast here.
ABSOLUTELY! You don’t even have to think about that! It is sometimes more fun to go yourself because you get to know so many new people and will surely come home with several new friends. Our trips are very social, everyone lives close to each other, eat lunch and dinner together and train together every day. It is a very nice atmosphere on the trips, the exercise provides positive energy, endorphins and joy. Everyone follows along for the same reason, having fun, sunbathing, swimming and working out together!
Yes, this trip is for you! We have very good coaches on the trip who will make sure that everyone gets the help they need to be able to develop to the maximum during the week.
Yes, this trip is also for you! Among our former guests, we have had some of the world’s best athletes in CrossFit and weightlifting. The equipment is purchased from Eleiko and Kraftmark and has very high standards. You can focus solely on your workout in a very inspiring environment for a full week.
